The Federal Government’s youth advisory body comes out overwhelming in favour of an Australian Republic. 40 of the 50 delegates at the Youth Roundtable meeting in Canberra said they are in favour of an Australian head of state to be confirmed by a two-thirds majority of federal parliamentarians.
