“The Case for YES” published. This collection of papers given at the National Convention of Republicans in February – edited by John Uhr – contains a large number of contributions by women: Kate Carnell, Amanda Vanstone, Natasha Stott Despoja, Marise Payne, Dorothy McRae-McMahon, Marilyn Lake and Marian Sawer. Marilyn Lake’s paper is a very good feminist perspective on the Republic while Marian Sawer writes on the preamble. (Click here to read her chapter.)
