In Canberra, Dr Pamela Ryan, organiser of the deliberative poll defends allegations by the NO group that participants were brainwashed and manipulated and that key NO spokespeople were dropped as panellists at the last minute. Kerry Jones of ACM said that their phones had been running hot with complaints (reported in The Sydney Morning Herald).
