It did not take long. Another design (“The Red Peak”) is today added to the choice for the new New Zealand flag after 50,000 people signed a petition and a relentless social media campaign. Click on link below to see this design – still no green one. It is reported that an opinion poll this week revealed that 69 percent favoured retaining the existing flag with the Union Jack.
