However, those figures&nbsp;reversed in just a fortnight&nbsp;with&nbsp;48 percent favouring Charles ahead of William (38 percent) after Charles stood in for his sick father at&nbsp;Jubilee events and&nbsp;made a warm&nbsp;and&nbsp;witty&nbsp;speech to&nbsp;&#8220;Mummy&#8221; at the pop concert outside Buckingham Palace.
