Reports of 5 percent still undecided. The postal vote return is very high, around 90 percent.\u00a0Another poll shows 41 percent YES and 44 percent NO with 8 percent undecided so it could go down to the wire. Exciting stuff &#8211; at least the Scots are getting a vote. And it&#8217;s a good deal either way.
